The TATA Consulting Services (TCS) Asia Pacific 2023 conference was held at the newly opened W Hotel Sydney in late November. This invite only annual event is a two day conference that sees over 200 of APAC’s most distinguished C-Suite Executives travel to Sydney hear from subject matter experts on sustainability, technology, politics, business and sports.
Peanut Productions was engaged to manage the entire event process from conceptualisation to production, through to delivery and reporting. With multiple events taking place throughout the two days, this event was multi layered and had to have continuity throughout to ensure the story telling journey made sense at all points.
To ensure key business messaging was delivered and objectives met; we built a massive LED wall in the main ballroom, providing comfortable lounge furniture to ensure guests were confirmable and could engage with the content. Additionally, we provided networking spaces inclusive of catering stations in front of a second LED wall that displayed sustainability messaging, complete will real grass frontage on th
e ground.
To ensure this largely international audience also had their fair share of Australian culture, we conceptualised a poolside cocktail party, had global sensations the TapDogs as entertainment and booked out multiple slots of the Bridge Climb for guests to have a memorable experience opportunity.
As an additional overcome challenge, the venue only opened four weeks prior to this event, thus providing a unique set of challenges. However, we attacked everything we did with consideration, flexibility and quality.
The Summit also has a strong focus on sustainability, with every element delivered to ensure the event was carbon neutral.
