The Brainwave Gala Dinner is an annual fundraising event delivered in support of families and children living with brain injuries and neurological illness. Hosted at Carousel and attended by a large cohort of philanthropic supporters, the event required a careful balance of emotional storytelling, sophisticated styling and seamless event management to maximise impact.
Peanut Productions was engaged to manage the end-to-end delivery of the gala, transforming the venue into a warm, uplifting environment that reflected Brainwave’s mission while maintaining a premium guest experience. Creative direction focused on understated elegance, complemented by curated entertainment designed to build energy throughout the evening. Gold ballerinas provided a refined visual moment on arrival, followed by a high-energy DJ set that carried the room into the later stages of the night.
A professionally managed live auction formed the centrepiece of the program, strategically timed and produced to drive engagement and maximise fundraising outcomes. Interactive elements, including a branded photobooth, encouraged guest participation and social sharing while enhancing the overall atmosphere of celebration and connection.
Through considered creative planning and precise event management, the Brainwave Gala Dinner delivered a polished, emotionally resonant experience that supported fundraising objectives while providing guests with a memorable and meaningful evening.
