Event Management
The TCS Summit Asia Pacific is an annual two-day conference in Sydney, bringing together 300 of TCS’s C-suite clients and regional staff for a premium, high-touch experience. In 2025, Peanut Productions was engaged to deliver end-to-end event management across the summit, encompassing welcome dinners, conference sessions, C-suite lunches, cocktail receptions, wellness activities, exhibition stands and networking lunches.
Every element of the summit was meticulously curated to place the customer journey at the centre, while maintaining a strong focus on branding and storytelling. The 2025 theme, The Perpetually Adaptable Enterprise, was seamlessly integrated across content, venue design and experiential elements, reinforcing the conference narrative at every touchpoint.
This year, the summit leveraged Sydney’s vibrant arts precinct, with the Australian Chamber Orchestra providing a striking backdrop. Performances by William Barton, the Australian Girls Choir, Jannawi and Luxe Strings punctuated the program, creating unique moments of engagement and cultural resonance. High-end stage production, lighting and AV were executed with precision, delivering immersive experiences that captivated delegates from arrival to departure.
Through expert logistics, creative programming and flawless execution, Peanut Productions delivered a premium conference that exemplified its ability to manage complex, large-scale corporate events. The summit successfully combined sophisticated event management with memorable, branded experiences, leaving guests impressed and fully engaged.
