Peanut Productions delivered an exclusive, invitation-only three-day AFL Grand Final experience for 320 VIP Coca-Cola clients, showcasing seamless large-scale event management across travel, hospitality and live production. Designed as a premium brand immersion, the program was meticulously planned to ensure a flawless experience at every touchpoint.
The experience commenced with comprehensive flight and accommodation management, followed by a sophisticated welcome cocktail event at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. This opening night set the tone for the weekend, combining refined styling, polished hospitality and considered brand integration to engage Coca-Cola’s most valued guests.
On Grand Final day at the MCG, Peanut Productions managed a complex dual-brand transformation within a single event window. The space was styled in iconic Coca-Cola red for pre-match entertainment before being completely reimagined post-match in bold Monster Energy green — a tightly executed operational shift delivered without disruption to the guest experience. Live performances by DJ Claire Elliott and an Aria Award-winning appearance by Cyril created high-energy moments that elevated the atmosphere and reinforced brand impact.
