As the naming partner of the TCS Sydney Marathon, and with 2025 marking Sydney’s first year as part of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, Tata Consultancy Services engaged Peanut Productions to deliver its flagship VIP Clubhouse experience at the marathon finish line.
Located on Bennelong Lawn and overlooking the Sydney Opera House, the VIP Clubhouse was a fully custom, purpose-built steel structure designed and delivered specifically for the event. Over the course of a week, Peanut Productions transformed the blank canvas of the Royal Botanic Gardens into a polished, high-end hospitality precinct that appeared as a permanent fixture within one of Australia’s most iconic landscapes.
The site featured a branded arch entry, bespoke photo activation and multiple food outlets, supported by extensive back-of-house infrastructure. A dedicated runner recovery zone was incorporated, including physiotherapists, warm-down bikes, stretch mats and rollers, ensuring athletes were supported immediately post-race. Premium amenities, including high-end bathrooms, secure storage and operational support spaces, were seamlessly integrated throughout the venue.
A curated food and beverage program was delivered across the entire Clubhouse, with uniformed staff hosting VIP guests and managing service to the highest standard. Through precise planning, complex site delivery and end-to-end event management, Peanut Productions delivered a world-class VIP experience befitting a World Major marathon and a global brand partner.
