Peanut Productions enjoys a wonderful event management relationship with Stockland, a relationship that was born out Peanut’s delivery of Stockland’s National Conference Roadshow.
When it comes to delivering this roadshow; it is no easy feat. Stockland engages one in five Australians each day; which of course means they have a national presence. For this roadshow four events are delivered around the country (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth) over a six-day period. With the Peanut team providing end-to-end management and delivery of all events. This includes conceptualising an agenda and itinerary that allows for a calm environment for travelling delegates; whilst also ensuring they make all time commitments of travel.
A challenge of this project is to deliver the same event nationwide, whilst also providing personal touches to each local city. To achieve this, Peanut tours the same collateral, concepts and branding for this event, whilst utilising local suppliers and staff for event specific items such as trademark city venues, local caterers and entertainment.
