OVERVIEW
Held over three days across Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Pause Fest is Australia’s leading innovation and digital conference for the world’s creative, tech and business communities. The event encapsulated keynote speakers across 4 stages, over 3 days, a Startup Expo, an opening and closing celebration and experiential activations from Tesla, RMIT and Dropbox.
The Peanut team were responsible for the overall execution of the festival which included the full event management of: a Startup Expo of 75 exhibitors across 3 days, onside sponsor management and engagement, management for all 80 keynote speakers and their presentations, all AV camera crews and their output, co-ordination and management of event design and layout, crowd management, attendee registration, engaging and management of over 30 volunteers, working with sponsors to deliver onsite activations and facilitation, production and management of the event documentary
