OVERVIEW
An event like no other. Dow Chemical Christmas Celebration was held at the Old Melbourne Gaol and with a theme to match, Escape Reality. Guests were treated to numerous entertainers, from slit walkers, statues, a roving magician and the very talented Mad Hatters. The venue has a dark history and it was in this history that evoked the attendee senses and a nod to the brief which was to create the “creepy” factor. Lighting was used to accentuate ceiling height, interior structure and focus using the natural space and the shadows to communicate its dark history.
