Across our relationship with Coca Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we have delivered an annual National Sales Roadshow; with its core purpose to excite and engage the Sales team for the upcoming summer across strategy, products and direction. However, in 2023 CCEP changed the roadshow model and instead brought all 600 Sales Team employees to the Gold Coast. This change of event model was the catalyst for the Event ID…Together.

This conference took place at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre over three days and was comprised of plenary days, breakout sessions of up to eight rooms and two gala dinners (at different locations, referenced below).

Peanut Productions were engaged to deliver a fully end-to-end event management service for this project; inclusive of total travel management of all delegates across flights, transfers and accommodation. At this event we also utilise the Peanut Productions Event App, providing delegates with everything they needed in the palm of their hand inclusive of agenda, collateral and push notifications of key information when required.

To ensure an engaging experience of the key content, Peanut Productions conceptualised and built Australia’s first 12 panel movable LED Screen, which dependant on the content delivered had a width variance of 16m to 20m wide; a truly impressive sight. As part of our approach to content, in addition to reformatting all content to fit the custom screen shape, we added subtle video wallpapers of bubbles in the brand colours moving through the pptx presentations; ensuring subtle CCEP visuals were constant across the event.

To further strengthen the connection between brand and employee, all attendees received personalised gift bags. The content of these gift bags was highly thought out, including ensuring every delegate’s gift bag contained their preferred milk, ensuring they could make tea/coffee in their room to best suit their preferred taste.

This event featured a new dinner experience each night. As per the overall brief dinners had to be exciting, with a big focus on fun! With The Cali Beach Club and SeaWorld both being Coke customers, these two venues were the perfect locations. At Cali, we bumped in and provided a relaxed ‘beach style’ event complete with beach volleyball and in-pool installations; and for SeaWorld we provided a sit-down dinner experience (bumped in within two hours after normal trading), complete with rides remaining operational for guests and of course another impressive multiple LED screen display to broadcast speeches, awards and entertainment.

‘Together’ was a huge success with a 9/10 satisfaction score, with CCEP immediately ensuring Peanut began the venue search for next year, as well giving glowing event feedback across the CCEP Global LinkedIn account.
