The CCA Summer Launch is an annual internal Road Show held in seven cities across Australia. The primary focus of the event is to present key marketing and sales strategies across the entire brand portfolio to the sales team nationwide. It is our role to always look at new and engaging ways to deliver the content. Traditionally, this event is very information heavy and is generally provided by multiple power point presentations from each brand peppered with brand videos.
We worked closely with 9 brand teams, identified the key communication points around the brand plans and created a series of videos that put Brand Managers in relevant and dynamic locations to deliver content that visually best reflected their key messaging. Rather than talking to the messing, our approach was to show people key communications. In partnership with Village cinemas, screens were utilised around the country, ensuring the teams were comfortable as we took them on a sensory ride bringing brands alive on jumbo screens with multiple layers of content playing simultaneously.
