Peanut Productions partnered with 7-Eleven Australia to deliver the Winter Edition of their State Communication event. A four-city roadshow designed to connect store leaders, support teams, and suppliers across the country.
Held over three weeks in May 2025, the events brought together over 1000 attendees in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth with a focus on connection, celebration and teamwork alongside new products that franchisees can expect to see in their stores in the coming months.
Peanut managed the entire end-to-end event delivery, including venue sourcing, AV, creative design, staging and branding, ensuring a seamless experience across all states.
A standout component was the coordination of 7-Eleven’s six key supplier groups, known as “Missions”: Morning Boost, Easy Lunch, Top Up, Operations Services, Refreshment and Treat. Peanut was responsible for managing the needs and requirements of 20+ suppliers across all four events, ensuring each Mission was strategically represented and activated.
The result was a dynamic and energising national event series that fostered alignment, celebrated wins, and strengthened 7-Eleven’s nationwide community.
