What an amazing start to the year the Peanut Productions team has had!
Having just ticked over week six of 2018, we’ve had some great opportunities to welcome in the new year. Over the coming weeks we're going to share these events in a little more detail but for now, here’s a snapshot of what the Peanut Team has been up to.
2018 started with creating solutions for all of the corporate hospitality management at the Australian Open for our clients, Dow Chemical. During the two weeks of the Open, the team seamlessly managed guest experiences in both the morning and afternoon sessions. From managing the scrumptious corporate hospitality provided by Restaurant 88, to guiding the guests to their court side seats and smoothly in and out of the event - the Peanut team were there every step of the way.
Following the Open, we took off on a 3-week, 5 city Road Show for Accolade Wines, launching their premium portfolio of wines ‘Accolade’s Finest’ across Australia. This expo-styled event saw the company’s retailers and customers come together to meet some of the country’s most renowned wine makers in an informal tasting session that also provided guests with some seriously great insights via a series of Master Classes.
As February commenced, the team brought the year of the Dog to life for both Westpac and Stockland Property Group to commemorate the auspicious Lunar New Year.
Peanut Productions has produced Westpac’s premium Lunar New Year banquets across 6 Australian major cities, for over 7 years. This year saw a new format shake up, which has been receiving great feedback. We’ve got two more events to complete this week - so once they’re all done, we look forward to sharing more about this with event our online networks.
The team worked on bringing two Lunar New Year social activations to life for our new clients, Stockland Property Group. At Stockland Piccadilly, in Sydney’s CBD, a beautiful 3m high LED tree shone brightly as the Lunar wishing tree, which included writing your own message for the new year. At Baulkham Hills Shopping Center, we created a Shangri-La Lantern Wall Photo Activation which gave shoppers the opportunity to immerse themselves in a Chinese lantern filled set.
And then to top off a massive February, we had a doughnut of a time working with Krispy Kreme Australia to launch their new Victorian store in Bulleen. With people queuing from the night before to be first inside and for the chance to win a year’s supply of doughnuts, this was one opening that attracted huge crowds!
So, as you can see we've had a huge first six weeks of 2018! An absolutely amazing start to the year for Peanut, now busily working on a whole new set of exciting projects. Stay tuned for more information on these events and lots of great pictures to follow!
