Peanut Productions partnered with Monash University to deliver the 2025 Human Factors & Patient Safety Conference, held at their Collins Street campus. The two-day event brought together over 175 researchers, clinicians, and system leaders to explore the theme “Complex Adaptive Systems in Healthcare.”
Our team provided end-to-end event management, from sourcing accommodation for interstate guests and managing volunteers to coordinating AV and handling all on-site logistics. We developed a strong, cohesive visual identity applied across digital and print assets to support the academic tone and ensure a smooth, professional delegate experience.
Across the two days, delegates engaged in keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and lively poster discussions, with smaller sessions drawing strong attendance and active participation.
To support future promotion, we captured key moments and produced a concise post-event hype reel, showcasing highlights and attendee engagement.
